(Pictures Below) How do you create social change? One way is to teach our youth life lessons that won’t leave them as they grow. And that’s just what the Sevier County Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs are doing. This past Friday kids from the Sevierville and Gatlinburg Boy’s and Girl’s clubs came together to help an elderly couple with yard work, kitchen cleaning, and even carpet cleaning. “This is not the first LIVE-IT project that the B&G clubs have participated in”, said Seth Wilson the Director of Operation Youth Reach, a partner ministry of LIVE-IT that works with youth to teach them the importance of “loving our neighbors”. “The kids love it and look forward to coming out on service projects”. About 25 kids participated in this LIVE-IT project.
